Offensive subjects (elaborate): Not much offends me so there shouldn't be a problem, if something does I will talk to you.

Hugging this character: Sure why not, just don't expect to have him return it...or if he does it will be very stiff and awkward.
Kissing this character: Go ahead, but be ready for some negative reactions unless the CR is right.
Flirting with this character: Yes, do make this boy awkward.
Fighting with this character: Shinsou isn't the strongest guy but he is training to join the hero courses so sure, fite him.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure! I'm terrible so I don't mind my characters getting roughed up, just nothing like dismemberment(unless we talk about it). Scarring/possible blinding/that sort of stuff is alright with some plotting.
Killing this character: Probably not...depends?
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure!!! He's not a mind reader but he can control minds so he might be interested in the subject and ask questions! Just talk to me about it before you do it.
Warnings: This boy is a drawling snarky brat who can control minds...that is really the only warning?

Brainwashing:
Shinsou’s quirk makes it so that when a person responds to anything he says he is able to metaphorically flip a switch in their minds that allows him to control them. Of course this isn’t with every question, only when Shinsou actively decides to do it. Through his quirk he can manipulate his victim to do almost anything that does not require high brain function such as writing a person's name from memory.
He can have multiple people under his brainwashing at once, as shown in the cavalry battle during the Sports Festival, it seems to be much weaker and if it goes for too long he is shown stating that it can make him fall unconscious. It is also stated later in the manga, while using his quirk on Gigantomachia, that while he can control people he can not control their hearts. Gigantomachia is actually able to shake off Shinsou's quirk because of his indominable will.
His quirk does not work through anything electronic as it changes it to an electronic signal and therefore negates his powers. Because of this his Persona Chords only modify the tone of his voice so that it still allows for his powers to work through them.
Because of this I would like to give people the option to opt out of him ever using his powers on them. Even any time said character would use them it would be after ooc talks about it! He is a hero so there would never be a fear of nefarious things but it is still something that would be talked about before ever being played out.

Brainwashing (洗脳 Sennō?): Hitoshi's Quirk allows him to take control of the minds of any people who verbally respond to him. The victim will then be forced to obey whatever he commands. This Quirk will not activate if Hitoshi does not want to brainwash the responder.Though he can have multiple people under his brainwashing at once, he has stated that trying to brainwash multiple people simultaneously could cause him to fall unconscious. He is also unable to have his victims do things that require some kind of advanced brain function, like writing a name from their memory.
Using a megaphone or anything that makes his voice artificial will not allow his Quirk to activate, as the said devices would transform his voice into an electronic signal. For this reason, Hitoshi's Artificial Vocal Chords only modify the tone of his voice, and nothing else.
Super Moves
Artificial Vocal Cords: Persona Chords (もう一つの声帯：ペルソナコード Mō Hitotsu no Seitai: Perusona Kōdo?): Using his Artificial Vocal Cords, Hitoshi can modify his vocal tone to imitate the voices of other people, deceiving his enemies so they respond and subject themselves to his Brainwashing.
